You recently placed a delivery with us. You probably have not received it yet. This is because your payment has not yet reached us. Did you take care of this in the mean time? It would be appreciated if you could send us a pdf-file of the receipt as soons as possible, please also mention the number of your order. Immediately after this, we will ship out your delivery.

Did you forget to make the payment? You can take care of this in one of the following ways:

•         Via creditcard; please use our protected form;

•         Via paypal: you can transfer your money and pay directly online and safely . After having registered, you can link your creditcard to your account. After activating your account, you can start using it. Payments to us are possible via the link  suite28@me.com, please mention JOCK + the number of your order;

•         Via a European transfer: to account number BE39 0634 3000 9119 , bank identification GKCCBEBB, please mention the number of your order. Payments via IBAN/SWIFT generally take more time;

•         Under reimbursement: after receiving your email, we are sending your delivery under reimbursement, minimal bearings 5 euros.
